Barry's Relatively Speaking shares the personal experiences and stories of genealogists found in the Everton Genealogical Helper Magazine collection on MyGenShare.com. Linda shares the following experience.
Something cute happened to me the other day and I thought you might enjoy it.
I have been working on the BONE family line for several years now and was just recently informed that there were a number of them in a little town in Indiana, i did a locality scan and found there was only one cemetery in the area of the town so I wrote them and asked, "Do you have any BONES in your cemetery." I got the letter back within the next week. It had a big red marking pen inscription across the front that said, "We are a serious organization and have no time for your little jokes.
I am going to be more careful next time, especially since my BONE family connects with the GRAVE family.
